Jacksonville Performing Arts Company is an exciting and innovative theater company that just wanted to bring back the True Magic of Theater.
JPAC strongly encourages family fun, and embraces the beauty of the Arts. We create wondrous worlds to step into with our Majestic Musicals, Clever Classics, Dramatic Drama and impressive improvisation. We believe in putting "Community" back into Community Theater.
JPAC loves to participate with audience members and also loves meeting new and talented artists to join them! All in all - we just love what we do and would love to share it with you.
JPAC is very honored to be in partnership with the USO of North Carolina, Jacksonville Center,. We donate 50% of all ticket sales to the USO of NC, Jacksonville Center. So far we have donated $12,833 to the USO with the amazing support of YOU, our fabulous friends and patrons. We believe in giving back to our community through love, laughter and fantastic entertainment! You, our community make that possible for us!
We are also very honored to be to partnered with the City of JACKSONVILLE RECREATION & PARKS for their" SUMMER CULTURAL ART " series. Holding performances at the Jacksonville Amphitheater . A Community show by the community for the community free of charge to include local dance companies and other amazing talent right here in our own home town.
Our JPAC Youth Performer division has grown in leaps and bounds and we are expanding!!! We always choose a Broadway Jr show every summer for our youth performers . Our newest division will be our RISING STARS that are for our more advanced students to make the transition to more mature productions. It will include master classes and more intensive instruction to be able to adjust to auditions, presentation and confidence for those that want to pursue a career in the Arts.
Lastly, we have just teamed up with The ONE WORLD MONTESSORI SCHOOL to bring Theater back into our school systems. We are super excited to be able to enrich and cultivate the arts within the Montessori Philosophy!
